Property Pricing
MBK Real Estate Development offers residential properties across several projects and locations. Unit prices vary depending on the project, unit type, area, floor, location, finishing specifications, availability, applicable offers, and selected payment plan.
The unit price for each available property will be communicated to the customer before completing the reservation or purchase.
Prices displayed or communicated by MBK are subject to availability and may change according to current market conditions, promotions, and available payment plans.
The final price applicable to a specific unit will be confirmed by MBK and stated in the applicable quotation, reservation document, or sales agreement.
All prices are stated in Egyptian Pounds (EGP), unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms
Customers may be required to pay a reservation amount, down payment, or other applicable payment depending on the selected property and payment plan.
The applicable:
- Unit price
- Reservation amount
- Down payment
- Installment schedule
- Administrative fees
- Maintenance fees
- Other applicable charges
will be clearly communicated to the customer before payment is completed.
The final payment terms will be confirmed in the applicable quotation, reservation document, or sales agreement.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Reservation Payments
The refundability of any reservation payment depends on the terms applicable to the selected property and the reservation agreement provided to the customer.
Where a reservation payment is refundable, the customer may submit a refund request to MBK using the official contact information provided below.
Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to MBK and will be reviewed according to the applicable reservation or sales agreement and the terms communicated to the customer before payment.
Where a refund is applicable, the refundable amount will be determined according to the applicable contractual terms.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction, subject to the procedures of the relevant payment provider or bank.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Non-Refundable Payments
Any payment explicitly identified as non-refundable before the transaction will not be eligible for refund, except where otherwise provided in the applicable agreement or required by applicable law.
Price Changes
Property prices, availability, payment plans, discounts, and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
A price is considered confirmed only when it has been formally agreed upon with the customer and documented in the applicable quotation, reservation document, or sales agreement.
